BOOKING POLICIES

Intake forms will be sent to your email after booking. These must be fully completed the day before your appointment. A valid credit card on file is required to secure your spot. If you do not want to put a credit card on your file, a $56.50 non-refundable deposit can be sent to: [email protected]

Failure to complete the intake forms or send the deposit by 11:59pm the day before your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked time will be charged a $25+tax late cancellation fee. To cancel within this period please contact us by calling/texting (343) 321-2607 or emailing [email protected].

No-shows will be charged a fee of $50+tax. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show.

If the late-cancellation/no-show fee is not received, it will be documented in your account profile and charged at future appointments.
